Board Members
The Board of Directors is a group of individuals appointed by the membership of the credit union to represent the interests of its members. The board provides general oversights into the operations of the credit union without getting involved in day-to-day operations and provides guidance and advice to the management team. The key responsibilities of the board of directors are:
Strategic Direction, Management Oversight, Executive Leadership, Policy and Compliance and Major Decision Making
The Board comprises seven (7) elected individuals, A chairperson (President), A deputy Chair (Vice President), 2nd Vice, Treasurer, Assistant Treasurer, Secretary and Assistant Secretary.
